Kellie McSorley is the Founder of SILK Search and a global expert in assessing and recruiting first-class executive talent for Fashion, Luxury and Lifestyle brands. Known for her discretion and care in bringing people together, she is passionate about creating mutually beneficial relationships between clients and talent.
She launched SILK Search in 2008, and since has identified and attracted Executive talent across all executive functions for clients including The YOOX Net-a-Porter Group, Lane Crawford Joyce Group, All Saints, Victoria Beckham, PVH (Tommy Hilfiger & Calvin Klein), CHAOS and MCM.
Prior to developing her London-based venture, Kellie led teams specialising in Consumer Goods for Executive Search Firm’s Norman Broadbent in the UK and The Slade Group in Australia, she also lived in Dubai where she headhunted talent for the Middle East and Africa regions. Beginning her career in her native Australia, in Retail and Training, she gained her Retail grounding with Esprit, and Melbourne based footwear label, Mollini.
