KELLIE McSORLEY
Kellie has worked in Executive Search since 1999. She is a specialist in assessing and recruiting first-class executive talent for Fashion, Luxury and Lifestyle brands.
Known for her discretion and care in bringing people together, she is passionate about creating mutually beneficial relationships between clients and candidates. She launched SILK Search in 2008, and THE SET in 2019. Prior to developing her London-based ventures, Kellie led searches specialising in Retail for Executive Search Firm’s Norman Broadbent in the UK and Consumer for The Slade Group in Australia, she also lived in Dubai where she headhunted talent for the Middle East and Africa regions. Her career began in Australia, in Retail and Training with Esprit, and Melbourne based luxury footwear brand, Mollini.
Liz Michell
Liz has worked in Executive Search since 1987, beginning her research career at Knight Wendling, an international American/Swiss consultancy based in Central London. Whilst in this role, Liz was involved in recruiting Managing Directors and other senior level managers across a number of sectors.
In 1990, she joined The Firth Consultancy, a boutique search firm, as Research Manager, where she managed major projects in the UK, Europe, the US and Japan. She joined Hoggett Bowers in 1992, as Research Manager where she was responsible for managing research in the London and Windsor offices. In 1994 Liz became an independent Research Consultant recruiting at senior level across most disciplines within retail, luxury and fashion brands. She started working with SILK Search in 2010 and has worked closely with Kellie on executive appointments in Fashion and Luxury since.
