Event: Breakfast for Consultants & Interims

This group of Independent Consultants and Interim Executives got together last month for breakfast and the opportunity to network and share experiences. They continue to inspire me, as they fly solo, building robust consultancy businesses, and it was great to see such a dynamic representation of the future of hiring subject matter experts.

We had experts in digital growth, brand purpose, sustainability, social storytelling, business optimisation, CRM and HR transformation, to name a few.

As I continue to encourage Fashion and Luxury business leaders to shake up their static organisation structures by hiring Consultants and Interim's, gatherings like this reinforce my belief that the key to a more creative, agile and activated organisation, is to create a combined internal and external taskforce, with a clear mission.

I will continue to cultivate SILK Search’s network of talent across all functional disciplines and I look forward to seeing these faces and more, at our next event.
