We’re  thrilled to announce the official launch of The SET - a spin out of SILK Search, in response to the growing need for immediately available, project based Specialists.

The SET is a curated network of the most valuable interim executive talent in the market - we call them “Specialists.” They are experienced business leaders, experts in their field and available for short to mid-term assignments. 

 

Recruiting leadership talent has changed dramatically over the last 10 years. I founded SILK Search in 2008 and have experienced first-hand, the changing demands on both sides of our business. Our clients want fresh thinking, guaranteed results and speed. Our candidates want companies who value people, brands with purpose and clear vision.

 

There is a war for great talent happening in the fashion and luxury industry right now, and the companies who are changing the way they design and resource their organisations will win.
